Discover a new passion with Vertical Motion's Pole Fitness Classes. Here at Vertical Motion we strive to deliver a personalised and professional experience to all students and ensure that your goals are reached and exceeded in a fun and effective way.

Pole Fitness is the newest up and coming workout, aiming to improve your fitness levels, while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence. At Vertical Motion, age, shape, size and gender does not matter. Anyone can take part and everyone will learn at their own pace. Our professional instructors will tailor your learning around your ability.

Our beginner classes are designed for students with no prior pole experience. Each week you will progress in a safe and structured environment with other friendly, fun students and experienced instructors.

INSTRUCTOR

NIA WEST

Nia's pole journey began in 2011 when she took her first class while at university in Chester.  It didn't take long for the sport to become her passion and during her second year co-founded the Chester University's Pole Fitness society. She has also organised and performed in Pole Shows to raise hundreds of pounds for charity. 

She is currently studying to be a personal trainer and has been teaching for almost a year.

CORE TRAINING

It’s More than Sit Ups

Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Get Your Heart Working

Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Flexibility Training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate to start today!

WEIGHT TRAINING

Go For It!

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.

PACKAGES & PRICES

At Vertical Motion we give you the option to either secure a place on a 6 week course at a discounted price, or pay-as-you-go per class. We also offer packages at a lower cost than booking classes separately for your convenience.

Pole

 

Pay as you go: £10

With this option, you have the ability to choose when you attend a class. This option is suited to those who are unable to commit to a 6 week course. 

6 week course: £50

If you commit to a 6 week course you will not only receive the discounted price, but you will also be given the opportunity to receive 1 FREE catch up class if you miss a lesson. By committing to the whole 6 weeks, you will be taught in a planned and structured way that will develop your skills and fitness in the fasted possible way.

FAQs

What should I wear?

 

Shorts and a sport top for pole. Shorts should be above the knees, as you will be using the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No jewellery and please do not apply any creams or moisturisers on the day of your class.

What is Pole Fitness?

Pole Fitness is a fantastic all over body workout. It is a revolutionary form of exercise that combines pole dancing, Chinese pole, gymnastic and dance. After only a couple of weeks you will see a difference in your strength, flexibility, posture, stability and confidence.
